Karen is a Sr. Design Consultant and Owner at Bajon Salon & Spa (Cincinnati, OH). Karen has over 25 years of experience in the Hair Fashion Industry and is considered an expert in hair cuttting, hair styling and hair color. Prior to opening Bajon Salon she worked for Wella International (Cincinnati, OH) as the Ohio Valley Director of Education teaching Wella product knowledge and hair color techniques to area salons. Karen also has many Management and Educational responsibilities at Bajon Salon & Spa (West Chester, OH) that ensure the salon is providing the very best service to every client who walks in the door.
Karen Welch is one of the most well respected hair stylists and business owners, not only in West Chester, OH, but in all of Cincinnati. Karen is responsible for overseeing all of our hair stylists at our West Chester Bajon Salon & Spa location.
